You'll work side by side with our CFO, CEO and leadership team on one big question: what would running Cerivo look like if we rebuilt it around AI?
Four companies, one Cerivo
In 2025, four Danish software pioneers, Risma, ComplyCloud, Wired Relations and Openli, joined forces under Triple Private Equity with a shared ambition: to build the Nordics' leading platform for governance, risk and compliance. In 2026, we became Cerivo.
Today, more than 1,400 organisations trust us with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA and the AI Act, backed by our platform, in-house Nordic lawyers and a community of 2,800+ compliance professionals. Our mission is simple: make it easier to run a trusted business.
Four companies also came with four ways of working. We're now redefining them as one: how we track performance, how we keep each other informed, and how we make decisions. We've chosen to do it AI-first. Now we're looking for the person who'll help us get it right.
Where you'll sit
Right next to the decisions. You'll be part of Finance and report to the CFO, and your work will reach the whole leadership team, from our CEO to the heads of Commercial, Product, Tech, Legal and People. Finance is where strategy, numbers and operations meet, which makes it the best seat in the house for seeing how Cerivo really works.
Your mission
Make our leadership team faster, sharper and better informed. You'll shape how performance is tracked and shared, structure the data behind it, and build the AI agents and dashboards that do the heavy lifting. Some weeks you'll be deep in data. Others, you'll be showing the leadership team something you've built
What you'll build
* The performance update that writes itself. An engine that pulls data from our systems, compares it to plan and drafts the story behind the numbers, so leaders spend their time on decisions, not slides. * The agent that preps every leadership meeting. Latest numbers gathered, deviations flagged, a one-page brief ready before anyone asks. You design it, test it and make it reliable. * One truth across four companies. Four companies came with four ways of counting customers and revenue. You'll help turn that into one clear picture, the foundation everything else stands on. * Communication that runs itself, with a human touch. AI assistants that draft clear, on-brand updates, reminders and messages in seconds. * Your own ideas. Spot a smarter way of doing something? We'll give you the room to build it.
Your toolbox: modern AI assistants and agent tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, alongside core systems like HubSpot and e-conomic. Know a better tool for the job? Bring it.
Your first six months
* Month 1: Get to know the business, our systems and the people, and deliver your first quick AI win. * Month 3: The monthly performance update runs on something you built. * Month 6: The leadership team uses your agents and dashboards every week, and you're shaping what comes next.
Is this you?
You're doing your master's at CBS, DTU or another university, in business, economics, data science, engineering or something adjacent. You've already had a student job or internship where people relied on your work, so you know how to plan your own week and deliver without hand-holding. And you can't stop thinking about what AI could do for the way companies run.
You'll probably recognise yourself in most of these:
* You've built something you're proud of, whether an automation, a dashboard, a GPT, a model, a script or a thesis, and you can explain why it matters. * AI is already part of how you work, and you have opinions about where it shines and where it falls short. * Excel and PowerPoint feel like home. Power BI, SQL or Python are a bonus. * You turn messy problems into clear structure, and you care why a number matters, not just how it's calculated. * You take ownership: you run with a task, ask when you're stuck, and speak up when you disagree. * You can explain complex things simply, including to senior leaders.
