Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FindAJobAI (the "Service") at findajobai.com and through the FindAJobAI browser extension. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is provided by IE Tornike Shioshvili, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia ("we", "us"). FindAJobAI is the name of the Service. You can contact us at support@findajobai.com.

Paid plans are sold through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registered in Estonia), our reseller and merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for your order; we provide the Service and support. See section 6.

1. The Service

FindAJobAI helps you search for jobs by matching postings to your profile, generating tailored resumes and cover letters, and pre-filling application forms through a browser extension. FindAJobAI never submits an application for you: you review every form and click submit yourself, and each application is your own action toward that employer. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular outcome.

Free plan. Free: apply to up to 50 jobs/month with autofill and see application confirmations. Reading recruiter replies requires a plan. On the free plan you can open or act on (open, save or apply to) 5 new matches a day; the inbox shows who wrote to you, when, and what kind of email it is (for example an interview request), but the subject and text of recruiter replies, and replying to them, need a paid plan. AI-tailored CVs and cover letters are part of the paid plans. The free plan is available only to accounts created before 6 October 2026.

New accounts: subscription required. Accounts created on or after 6 October 2026 need an active subscription to use the Service: after you confirm your email you subscribe to FindAJobAI Monthly at $14.99/month, charged when you subscribe and then every month until you cancel. You can sign out, export your data or delete your account at any time without subscribing. The free CV score checker and the other free tools on our website need no account.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your resume.
• Keep your login and extension token confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Truthful CV policy

Your resume and applications must be truthful. FindAJobAI tailors how your real experience is presented; it is designed to add a keyword only when you confirm you actually have that skill or experience. You must not use the Service to invent employers, job titles, dates, degrees, certifications or skills, and you must remove anything generated for you that is not accurate before you send it. We may suspend accounts that use the Service to mislead employers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• submitting false or misleading information to employers;
• using the Service to spam employers or violate the terms of third-party job sites;
• uploading files that are not your own CV, or that contain malware;
• attempting to reverse engineer, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or to get around its usage limits.

5. AI-generated content can be wrong

Match scores, ATS reports, resumes and cover letters are generated automatically by AI and can contain mistakes, omissions or statements that do not reflect your experience. A match score is an estimate, not a hiring prediction. Review and correct all content before you use it. You are responsible for everything you submit to employers.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Who processes your order. Orders are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registered in Estonia), our online reseller and merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for your purchase: it takes your payment, calculates and collects any VAT or sales tax, issues your invoice and receipt, and handles refunds and payment disputes. Your purchase is also covered by Creem's Buyer Terms. We remain responsible for providing the Service, for customer support and for deciding refund requests (see our Refund Policy). You enter your card or other payment details on Creem's secure checkout; they never reach our servers. Your bank or card statement will show the charge from Creem rather than FindAJobAI.

FindAJobAI Monthly. For new purchases there is one plan, FindAJobAI Monthly: $14.99 is charged when you subscribe, and the subscription then renews automatically every month at $14.99/month until you cancel. There is no introductory period for new purchases. A partner discount code, where offered, applies only to your first monthly payment (for example 20% off the first month); later months are charged at the regular price.

Subscriptions bought earlier keep the price and terms shown at their checkout (also shown in Settings → Billing) and renew at that recurring price until you cancel.

Fair use: daily limits apply per plan (see the comparison below). They reset at midnight UTC; monthly limits (the interview helper's monthly minutes, story batches, the free plan's applications) reset on the 1st of each month (UTC), and the free plan's story allowance is one-time. The limits of each plan are listed on the Pricing page.

By subscribing you authorise Creem to charge your payment method $14.99 (less any discount code applied to the first month) when you subscribe and $14.99 at the start of every monthly period after that, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Prices include any applicable taxes. Your bank may add currency conversion fees. If a renewal payment fails, Creem may retry it; paid features are paused until a payment succeeds, and if the payment can't be collected the subscription ends.

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription, through Manage billing (Creem's customer portal), or by emailing support@findajobai.com from your account. Cancelling stops all future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, including the rest of an introductory period. Cancelling alone does not refund the current period. Creem emails you a receipt for every payment, and Settings → Billing shows your plan and next billing date. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: requests sent within 30 days of a charge are reviewed case by case, and a refund cancels the subscription immediately.

7. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK (and wherever local law gives you a similar right), you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. The Service starts right away: when you start a plan you expressly ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has started, as the law allows. Where the law still lets you withdraw (for example, before the Service has been fully provided), we refund you, minus a proportionate amount for the part already provided. Separately, our Refund Policy lets you ask for a refund within 30 days of any charge. To withdraw or ask for a refund, email support@findajobai.com with your username (or the email you used at checkout) and the date of the charge; a clear statement is enough. Creem sends approved refunds back to your original payment method.

8. Third-party sites

Job postings and application forms belong to third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability or hiring decisions.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this also cancels your subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms. If we end your account without such a reason, we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then. Price changes for an existing subscription apply only from the next renewal after we have told you about them.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia (Tbilisi) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved quickly by email.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. You may not transfer your account to someone else. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. Payment, tax and invoicing for your order are also governed by Creem's Buyer Terms.
