Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and advise existing customers, with a primary focus on the Eastern Europe Market * Generate leads for service contracts, repairs, spare parts, and modernization projects * Work closely with the Technical Sales Manager to specify and define customer requirements * Support the Back Office team in developing and preparing customer proposals * Present solutions and proposals to customers * Conduct contract negotiations
Your Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, qualification as a Sales Engineer, or a comparable qualification * Professional experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role, preferably involving technical products and/or services * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Strong teamwork, analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented skills * Willingness to international travel, approximately 70% of the time * Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage, particularly German and/or Polish.
