We're growing our team! OMNI Technologies is looking for a 2nd shift Molder to mold plastic parts from raw urethane. The 2nd shift schedule is: Monday - Thursday 3pm-1am. There is potential for overtime.
Must be willing to train on 1st shift (6:30AM-3PM) for up to 3 months.

Essential job duties:
Read and understand work orders Break down material formulas using mathematical equations Learn about and apply knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their associated processing parameters Promote a culture of teamwork Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues Maintain equipment Keep work area clean and orderly Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
* High School degree or GED * Working with hand tools * Mathematical ability * Manual dexterity * Attention to detail * Organization skills * Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly * Ability to read blueprints a plus!
