To support its growth in Belgium π§πͺ, Energy Pool is hiring a Sales Engineer (F/M) on a permanent contract.

* industrial buyers * production / plant managers * engineering offices * renewable energy project developers β‘ * as well as our internal technical experts
π Together, you will co-build tailor-made, high value-added solutions.
π― Your missions
* Identify and qualify new prospectsΒ * Present our comprehensive range of services * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships π€ * Ensure clear and regular communication, particularly on financial performance * Retain and renew existing contracts * Understand client needs and propose relevant additional solutions * Manage your activity through the CRMΒ to ensure rigorous project tracking
Qualifications
β Your profile
* Degree from an engineering school or business school * Strong interest in technical topics related to energy β‘ * Comfortable working in industrial and/or renewable energy environments * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B business development * Strong skills in both prospecting and client retention * Comfortable with both technical and commercial negotiation π¬ * Language skills: * π¬π§ English (C1) * π³π± Dutch (C1)
π Mobility Frequent travel is expected (approximately 30% of the time) at both regional and national levels.
