What You'll Do
As a Brand Promotions Assistant, you'll help bring marketing campaigns to life through face-to-face customer engagement, promotional events, and brand awareness activities.
Responsibilities include:
* Represent brands at retail locations, promotional events, community events, and live activations. * Engage with customers and community members in a friendly, professional manner. * Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face communication. * Share information about products, services, promotions, and brand initiatives. * Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and event breakdown. * Support brand awareness, customer engagement, and customer acquisition initiatives. * Answer customer questions and provide clear, helpful information. * Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. * Participate in training to develop customer service, sales, marketing, and communication skills. * Work toward campaign objectives while maintaining professional customer interactions.

No previous experience is necessary! Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, sales, fundraising, events, or promotions is helpful but not required.
