Responsibilities:
* Monitor and direct third-shift production activities. * Train and provide guidance to new hires. * Evaluate employee performance on a timely basis. * Maintain plant safety, security, and compliance throughout the shift. * Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured during the shift. * Enforce company policies, procedures, and programs. * Maintain proper organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the work area. * Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment. * Complete and maintain required production and process documentation. * Perform plant closing procedures at the end of the week. * Ensure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are properly completed. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma. * Exposure to Injection Molding processes. * Knowledge or training in GMP and SPC. * Good machine setup skills. * Working knowledge of Injection Molding machines. * Ability to effectively communicate and work with people. * Leadership and team supervision skills. * Ability to perform basic process and equipment troubleshooting. * Ability to work the 3rd shift, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
