We are looking for a Store Manager at our Lansdowne Place, Peterborough Retail Salon!
What You’ll Do
* Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience * Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals * Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning * Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards * Build strong relationships with customer, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences * Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement * Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members * Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team

What You Bring * Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience * Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations * Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting * Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills * Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style * Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs * Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends * Salon experience is considered an asset
