You¿ll support clinic staff, medical professionals, and patients by managing registration, insurance verification, and financial responsibilities. What You Will Do
* Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification. * Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients. * Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently. * Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff in person and over the phone. * Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. * Support team members and contribute to a culture of service excellence.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent. * Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems. * Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately. * Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations. * Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with a clinic environment. * Experience working with detailed information.
