Shop Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at our Londis Maynooth Rd, Maynooth. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of employees.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
* Manage and motivate a team of employees
* Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
* Train new employees on proper procedures and policies
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
* Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
* Implement strategies to increase sales and meet financial goals

Requirements
