Als Meister der Oberflächenbeschichtung (m/w/*) am Standort Kempten haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
* In der Rolle als Meister (m/w/*) leiten sie die Fertigung inkl. Abwasseranlagen im Bereich Oberflächenbeschichtung * Sie tragen Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Qualität (IATF zertifizierter Bereich) * Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Feinplanung der Fertigungsanlagen sowie Personal * Durch Mitarbeit in Projekten optimieren sie Arbeitsabläufe und gestalten die Zukunft des Bereiches maßgeblich * Mit Ihrem Team erstellen und pflegen Sie die erforderlichen Dokumentationen * Sie führen Mitarbeiterschulungen und -gespräche durch
Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen
Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:
* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit abgeschlossener Meisterausbildung zum Chemie- oder Industriemeister * Erfahrung als Führungskraft in vergleichbarer Position * Erfahrung in der Organisation von Wartungstätigkeiten, Durchführung von Standardisierung/Digitalisierung * Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungs- und Delegationsfähigkeit * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit * Flexible, qualitätsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:
* Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Fertigungsabläufen * Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in Projektarbeit (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP
