Role and Responsibilities:
As a Freelance Recruiter, your primary focus will be on conducting phone interviews, managing candidate documentation, and facilitating effective follow-up processes. Your responsibilities encompass the following key tasks:
* Reviewing and evaluating applications to determine candidates' suitability for specific roles. * Conducting structured phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. * Ensuring meticulous documentation of candidate interactions and progress within our recruitment database. * Upholding the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality when handling candidate information. * Providing regular updates to the team manager regarding recruitment status and candidate pipelines.
Requirements:
* A college graduate, preferably holding a degree in Psychology or Communications. * Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous but not obligatory. * Proficiency in utilizing a personal laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a mobile phone (SIM card provided). * Establishment of a dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace at home conducive for phone interviews. * Reliable access to a clear Smart Telecom mobile connection. * Ability to strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Possession of a results-oriented mindset with the capability to meet or exceed defined recruitment metrics. * Availability to commit 4-6 hours per day at least 3 days a week during Philippine daytime.
