Scope of Work
* Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
* Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
* Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design
* Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance
Preferred Qualifications
* At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years.
* Based in an English-speaking country.
* Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing.
