Job Description
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment. * Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cold rooms, refrigeration units, and related systems. * Respond promptly to guest requests and engineering work orders to ensure uninterrupted comfort and service. * Support installation, servicing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment. * Maintain maintenance records, logs, and engineering documentation. * Adhere to safety standards, environmental practices, and energy conservation initiatives.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or large commercial environment. * Technical certification (ITI/HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering) preferred. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Previous Maldives resort experience is an advantage. * Professional communication, teamwork, and commitment to guest satisfaction
