What You'll Do:
* Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff * Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment * Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections * Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping * Respond to after-hours emergencies, support budget planning and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for facility improvements and renovations
What You'll Need:
* At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar maintenance position * Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems and equipment preferred * HVAC certification preferred * Physical ability to perform manual work * 21 years of age or older * High school diploma/GED
