About the role

Job Description

Responsible for the operations of Cage and Credit during their assigned shift to include effective scheduling, completion of all necessary accountability/compliance duties, paperwork, and to ensure effective service and coordination.

* Constantly schedules, coaches, and evaluates Main Cage, Banks, and Booths for optimum performance & service. * Constantly ensures proper and effective accountability of funds during the shift. * Frequently completes required accountability and compliance paperwork for the shift. * Frequently coordinates with shift managers/supervisors of other departments to ensure timely, courteous service. * Constantly promotes outstanding guest service and resolves guest related issues. * Constantly performs credit/check-cashing duties within the scope of his/her authorized levels. * Occasionally assigned other duties by the Cage/Credit Manager.

Qualifications

* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. * High School diploma or GED required.  * Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail required. * Previous Cage, Credit, and Collection experience required. * Previous Supervisor/Management skills preferred. * Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations. * Extensive computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite required. * PC and data entry experience required. * Ability to comprehend simple written and verbal instructions. * Basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.  * Ability to carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds.
