About the role
Job Description:
The Apprentice Engineer will design, build, install and service mechanical machinery, components and tools across a range of industries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Design and develop solutions to mechanical engineering problems * Check design and modification calculations and drawings * Produce clear and detailed reports for submission to team leads * Liaise with senior engineers on both technical and general business requirements where appropriate * Ensuring projects are delivered in line with safety requirements, quality requirements and code specifications * Perform special tasks as assigned
Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor or master’s in mechanical engineering with 0-1 years of practical experience * Operating skill in Autocad * Must be able to work cross functionally with team members at all levels across multiple departments involved in different projects * Excellent written and communication skills in English
