Job Description
To support the role of Senior Contract Manager, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high-quality standards
* Review and assess Extension of Time (EOT) submissions received from contractors in accordance with the contract conditions. And provide independent recommendations on EOT claims. * Review baseline schedules, updated schedules, recovery plans, site records, correspondence, and other supporting documents. * Determine whether delays are attributable to the contractor, client, consultants or other external factors. * Evaluate the applicability of Liquidated Damages (LD) and provide recommendations on whether LD should be imposed, waived, or adjusted in accordance with the contract provisions. * Prepare detailed EOT assessment reports and recommendation notes for client review and approval. * Participate in meetings with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to discuss delay claims and EOT matters.
Qualifications
* Education – Candidate should be graduated (B.E/B.Tech) in Civil engineering from reputed Institute. * 15+ years of experience in planning, delay analysis, claims management and contract administration. * Knowledge of MSP and Primavera. * Experience in reviewing EOT claims and assessing Liquidated Damages on large construction, infrastructure, industrial, or building projects. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with presentation skills and the capability to relate and communicate with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the industry. * Must have experience in handling cost plus contract, Lump sum contracts, Item rate contracts of higher value (approx 300cr to 1000cr) * Working knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of construction contracts will be an added advantage.
