From Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation to join a strategic transformation project within the insurance sector.
The role will involve leading initiatives related to digital transformation, process evolution and the adoption of AI-driven solutions
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives. * Manage project scope, roadmap, milestones, risks and dependencies. * Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business and Technology. * Manage senior stakeholders, governance and executive reporting. * Support initiatives aimed at improving digital experiences and business processes, including AI and automation opportunities. * Ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in Project or Programme Management. * Strong experience managing complex transformation projects and cross-functional teams. * Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable. * Experience in Digital Transformation projects. * Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven initiatives is highly valued. * Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills. * Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments. * Fluent English and Spanish.
