Job Description
* Identify potentials throughout the company to create data-driven business value * Ensure compliance of the Data Tribe’s activities with engineering guidelines * Work out data management & data governance guidelines * Consulting on data-driven way of working in the Data Tribe and beyond * Leading the Data Tribe and be a mentor and coach for the corresponding Team Leads * Be the Data Protection Coordinator for the Engineering Department * As part of the Data team, manages data infrastructure and analytics, ensuring data governance, integrity and supporting ICT operations
Qualifications
* University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Science, Mathematics or similar field * Excellent knowledge in data science & machine learning models * Excellent knowledge in data-driven business applications * Good Stakeholder management skills * Several years of data project management experience * Several years of people management experience * Excellent English communication skills
