This Position reports to:
HR Team Lead
We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern with German and English to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Germany and Switzerland. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.
About the Internship:
* Start date: 02.11.2026 * Work in a modern office in Kraków * Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home per week) * We expect availability of 20h per week * We’d be happy to continue working together long-term if you enjoy our organization - we offer strong development opportunities!
Responsibilities:
* Support basic HR administrative tasks for ABB employees in DE/CH * Process and manage electronic employee data files * Enter and update employee information in SAP, including organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events * Support the family allowance process * Respond to employee HR-related questions via the AskHR Ticketing System * Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely handling of HR data
Requirements:
* Active student status * Fluency in German and English (both B2) * Basic knowledge of Excel and SAP, Workday or HR systems is a plus, but not required * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good organizational and communication skills
