Apprentice Plumber

What You’ll Do
* Assist experienced plumbing technicians on job sites by gathering tools, delivering parts, and supporting daily service operations.
* Work in the warehouse to learn plumbing parts, tools, equipment, inventory, and company procedures.
* Participate in hands-on training, online technical courses, and ride-alongs with licensed plumbing technicians.
* Learn the fundamentals of residential plumbing, including tools, materials, equipment, and service procedures.
* Support technicians in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
* Assist with daily operational tasks and collaborate with team members to keep jobs running smoothly.
* Cross-train on the dispatch desk and other operational functions as needed.
* Take initiative, ask questions, and actively develop new skills through training and on-the-job experience.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
* Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to learning and growing within the plumbing trade.

* Flexibility to assist with warehouse operations, job-site support, and dispatch duties as needed.
* Willingness and ability to work overtime when necessary.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred.
* Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, delivery driving, automotive, dispatch, data entry, or customer service is a plus.
