Job Description
* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care * Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments * Help with meal service and monitor dietary needs * Document care and report any changes in resident condition * Follow facility policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
* High school diploma or its equivalent * Must be at least 18 years of age * On the job training is provided
