What You'll Do:
* Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff * Promote medical excellence and high-quality patient care * Partner with hospital leadership to support growth and operational success * Help establish and maintain medical protocols and best practices * Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture * Continue practicing veterinary medicine and building client relationships

What We're Looking For:
* DVM or equivalent degree * Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain) * Strong communication and leadership skills * Passion for mentorship and team development * Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care * Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications
* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university * Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire) * Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire) * USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Compensation starting at $130,000
