Job Description
Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchen sanitation staff. Ensure adherence with company policies and procedures, and safety and sanitation regulations.
* Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchen sanitation employees. * Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and safety and sanitation regulations. * Maintain written record of shift activities. * Inspect all operational areas at the conclusion of shift to verify work standards are met and completed in a timely and accurate manner. * Monitor equipment and generates repair orders. * Instruct kitchen sanitation staff in the proper performance of job duties.
Qualifications
* Six (6) months of experience in the same or similar position preferred. * Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift. * Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40 pounds. * Must be knowledgeable about kitchen and equipment cleaning and sanitizing standards and practices. * Must have excellent communication skills. * Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
