Who you'll care for Our subacute residents are recovering from surgery, illness, or a hospital stay, and most are working toward going home. As a per diem RN, you help them get there, one shift at a time.
What you'll do
* Assess residents, catch changes early, and act on them * Give medications and treatments safely and chart accurately * Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges so care stays on track * Join care planning and team meetings with therapy, physicians, and the full care team * Work with therapists to track each resident's progress toward discharge * Keep residents and families informed and involved
What you'll need Required:
* Active RN license valid in New Jersey * 1 year of experience as an RN
Preferred:
* Experience in subacute, skilled nursing, rehab, or hospital med-surg

Schedule
* 12-hour day shifts, 5:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. * No night shifts * Per diem, as needed
