Job Description
Creating a specialized training package designed for individuals who have successfully completed a physical therapy or clinical rehabilitation plan and have been cleared by their medical professional to re-engage in exercise. The goal is to provide a safe, effective, and progressive transition from a therapeutic setting to a sustainable and independent fitness routine.
* Excellent communication skills to educate, motivate, and empower clients transitioning from rehabilitation to independent exercise * Capacity to adapt programming for a wide range of ages, abilities, and fitness levels * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and client progress tracking * Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, customer service, and fostering a positive client experience
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent * Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred * CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
Certification from a nationally accredited organization such as:
* National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) * American Council on Exercise (ACE) * American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) * National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
