About the role

* 5+ years of experience in Java application development (Java 8+). * 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot, message brokers (Kafka, MQSeries/IBM MQ, ActiveMQ), REST APIs, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Proven track record of driving the end-to-end SDLC, from initial requirements gathering and system design to automated deployment and production monitoring. * Experience making high-stakes decisions on tech stacks and managing technical debt across the software lifecycle. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, GCP, or AWS). * Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices. * Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams. * Understanding software design patterns and SOLID principles * English intermediate * Location, less than 2 hours of difference of CST

* Development and integration of ETL/ELT processes using tools such as SSIS, Apache Airflow, or similar. * Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) as part of the software development lifecycle. * Bilingüe
