About your tasks:
* Develop and successfully implement strategic procurement strategies. * Lead annual supplier negotiations and negotiate purchasing terms and conditions with manufacturers, focusing on key KPIs such as purchasing discounts, bonuses, and payment terms. * Analyze and optimize key performance indicators, including margins, revenue development, supplier delivery performance, and sales dynamics. * Identify opportunities to drive growth and improve margins across the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. * Collaborate closely with Retail Media, Category Management, and Demand & Supply teams to develop and implement joint initiatives. * Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. * Build and maintain strong, sustainable, and long-term partnerships with manufacturers.
Qualifications
About Your Profile:
* A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or a comparable commercial qualification. * Several years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally within OTC, non-prescription healthcare, or FMCG (Health & Beauty) sectors. * Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with proven experience in negotiating prices and commercial terms with manufacturers. * Excellent analytical skills and confidence in working with KPIs and reports, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Good command of English, both written and spoken.
