About the role

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience) + shift differentials and on-call incentives

Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community is seeking a dependable Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our campus operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and taking pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for older adults, we'd like to meet you.

Schedule

* Full-Time * Monday through Friday * Rotating shifts as operational needs require * Participation in an on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the overall operation of our senior living campus by:

* Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing facility equipment and building systems * Completing preventative maintenance assignments to minimize downtime * Addressing maintenance requests in resident apartments and common areas * Assisting with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs * Identifying potential safety concerns and recommending solutions * Helping maintain an attractive, functional, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

Required

* 1-3 years of facility, building, or maintenance experience * Valid driver's license * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities * Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

* HVAC maintenance or repair experience * Technical school coursework or Associate degree in a related field
