We recondition, retrofit, and upgrade used Tensile Testers for stress, strain, yield strength, flexural strength, and proof load testing analysis for all types of materials.

About the Opportunity  Frank Bacon Machinery is seeking an experienced Controller and leader responsible for end-to-end accounting and financial oversight using NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary accounting owner of NetSuite and ensure accounting processes are properly maintained within the system.  * Maintain and monitor accounting dashboards, reports, workflows, and approval processes.  * Oversee customer invoicing, payment application, credits, refunds, and account adjustments.  * Oversee checks, ACH transactions, wire transfers, bank transfers, and petty cash.  * Oversee sales tax processes within NetSuite, including SuiteTax.  * Review accounting activity related to equipment, parts, inventory, freight, and cost of goods sold.  * Ensure sales, costs, customer payments, and related transactions are recorded in the appropriate accounts and accounting periods.  * Review and record payroll activity in NetSuite and reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts.  * Oversee accounting for employee expense reports and reimbursements.  * Maintain and enforce accounting policies and procedures.  * Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.  * Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.  * Coordinate with external CPAs, tax advisors, consultants, and other financial professionals.  * Support tax filings, R&D tax credit documentation, financial reviews, and other compliance-related projects.

About You  The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, strong in NetSuite, experienced in inventory and equipment accounting, and comfortable acting as the internal financial owner while coordinating with external CPAs. This is a working controller role hands-on with day-to-day bookkeeping while also overseeing controls, reporting, and close processes, while managing team members.
