What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Associate, you'll support customer engagement, promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach activities while developing practical business and communication skills.
Responsibilities may include:
* Interact with customers and members of the community in a friendly, professional manner. * Provide customer service and share clear, helpful information about products, services, or programs. * Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives. * Participate in live events, community outreach programs, and promotional activations. * Represent brands, products, services, or community initiatives professionally. * Help create positive customer experiences through face-to-face communication. * Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and breakdown when needed. * Support customer engagement, lead generation, and outreach activities as applicable. * Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily objectives. * Participate in paid training, coaching, and ongoing professional development. * Develop skills in customer relations, sales, marketing, communications, and teamwork.
