Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Team Member at our vibrant establishment, Ibis London Blackfriars. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner * Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently * Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas * Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery * Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns * Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events * Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues * Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines * Flexible to work morning or evening according the business needs
