About the role
Job Description
You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder coordination and resolution of technical issues.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Manage electronic security projects from initiation through completion and final handover. * Develop and monitor project plans, coordinating resources, suppliers and subcontractors. * Coordinate Engineers, Field Technicians and external partners. * Monitor progress, risks, deadlines and technical issues, and drive corrective actions. * Oversee installation and commissioning activities. * Track hardware availability and anticipate supply constraints. * Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project. * Coordinate testing, commissioning and final project handover. * Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in technical project management. * Previous experience in electronic security, low-voltage systems, building technologies or technical integration projects. * Good understanding of installation and commissioning environments. * Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders. * Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. * Confidence working with technical teams and managing customer relationships. * Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, IT, building technologies or a related field.
Technical expertise
Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly valued:
* Genetec * Lenel / LenelS2 * PACOM * Milestone * Axis
Experience with comparable security integration platforms will also be considered.
Languages
* English and French: required. * German: a strong asset.
Additional Information
* Location: Switzerland. * Experience in Data Centers or other critical infrastructure environments would be an advantage. * Experience managing international or global account projects is highly valued. * Previous experience in security system integration projects would be an asset.
