What You'll Do
* Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming dining environment * Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly * Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs or requests * Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after meals * Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area * Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions * Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment * Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality * Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training for the right candidate! * Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service * Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
