About the role
This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll work with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in learning more about available coverage options. There is no door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling.
Your role will be to meet with clients virtually, understand their needs, explain available solutions, and help them complete the enrollment process with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom or video appointments
* Explain available life and supplemental insurance options in a clear, professional manner
* Identify client needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions
* Assist with digital applications, documentation, and eligibility requirements
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activity
* Provide ongoing support to clients when needed
* Participate in team meetings, coaching, and optional development sessions

What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or GED
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently
* Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills
* Previous customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
* Ability to successfully complete applicable background and licensing requirements
