Competitive Starting Pay
Starting rates based on role, experience, and qualifications:
* Paint Production: Starting at $21.48/hr * Material Handlers: Starting at $21.87/hr * Machine Operators: Starting at $22.46/hr * Welders: Starting at $23.42/hr * Quality Inspectors: Starting at $25.01/hr
Plus, a $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
