Job Description
* Coordinate readiness of subsea production systems (SPS) equipment, including XTs, wellhead systems, tooling, flying leads, manifolds, and subsea distribution systems. * Plan and coordinate SPS personnel, equipment, and logistics for offshore drilling and subsea installation campaigns. * Monitor SPS contractor and subcontractor performance against project schedules, specifications, and quality requirements. * Coordinate interfaces with Drilling & Completion, SURF, Field Operations, and other project packages. * Manage LOF contract call-off activities and monitor Life of Field services budgets and expenditure. * Lead resolution of technical, operational, and quality issues with contractors and relevant engineering teams. * Coordinate operational meetings, manage priorities, and maintain effective communication across project stakeholders. * Review and approve SPS technical documentation, procedures, risk assessments, and offshore work plans, as appropriate. * Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and preservation activities. * Ensure compliance with H3SE requirements, company standards, ethics policies, and applicable offshore safety procedures.
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant technical discipline. * Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including approximately 10 years in project environments. * Extensive experience in subsea production systems and offshore construction, installation, and commissioning within the oil and gas industry. * Previous SPS experience on TotalEnergies projects is expected. * Good knowledge of subsea design, operational codes and standards, and Company E&P General Specifications. * Experience in marine operations involving ROVs, offshore installation supervision, and onshore/offshore lifting operations. * Strong leadership, coordination, communication, problem-solving, and contractor management skills. * Ability to represent the company at senior level and work effectively in complex, multicultural project environments. * Fluent English required; French is an advantage. * Valid offshore medical certificate and relevant offshore survival certifications (BOSIET and MIST, or applicable CBSP/HUET certifications). * Familiarity with OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS, or equivalent pre-commissioning and commissioning systems, is an advantage.
Additional Information
Location: Paramaribo, Suriname, with potential offshore assignments aboard installation vessels and/or drilling ships. Start Date: 4 January 2027. Duration: 1–3 years, minimum initial period of 1 year. Status: Resident position.
