Hours: This is a flex role offering flexibility but we anticipate you working 3 - 4 shifts per week. We operate 365 days per year so this could include weekends and bank holidays.
Pay:
* £13.50 - £15 per hour (dependent upon experience and qualifications) plus commission on sales
Qualifications
* Recognised Beauty Therapy Qualification – NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential
* Experience in spa or salon environment – ideally 1+ year working with professional treatments and products
* Proficient in delivering a range of treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments, and nail care
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – friendly, professional, and able to make guests feel at ease
* High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
* Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a spa setting
* Product knowledge of major professional spa brands (e.g., Elemis, ESPA, or similar) is desirable
* Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
