About the role
Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) HomeWorks, a division of UMC Per Diem
Earn $40 an hour for one set shift a week: Thursdays, 9 AM to 4 PM. No nights. No weekends. Visit older adults at home in Northern New Jersey with HomeWorks, part of nonprofit United Methodist Communities.
Who you'll care for Older adults who want to keep living in their own homes. Our certified home health aides help them with daily life. You are the nurse who makes sure each person's care plan fits their needs.
What you'll do
* Visit clients at home to assess their needs * Write and update personal care plans * Supervise and support our certified home health aides (CHHAs) * Help match clients with the right caregiver * Document each visit clearly and on time * Keep families and the care team up to date
What you'll need Required:
* Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license, or a multistate (compact) RN license * At least 2 years of experience as an RN in home care, home health, hospice, or community nursing experience * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
* Experience caring for older adults or people living with dementia
