Job Description

Work type: Internship

Term: Jan 5 - April 30, 2027

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports Klick's internal Brand Experience team in delivering digital marketing programs across Klick-owned channels, including landing pages, email, paid media, CMS publishing, and search optimization. This role helps build, test, and optimize campaigns and content, while finding new ways to make the team's work more efficient. The position offers hands-on exposure to in-house digital marketing within a health-focused agency. Success is measured by accuracy and quality of builds, attention to detail in QA, timely follow-through, and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and subject matter.

What You'll Do

* Build and update landing pages in HubSpot for a range of marketing initiatives, using existing templates and brand guidelines. * Assist with email automation workflows in HubSpot, including building emails, setting up lists, and supporting A/B tests. * Support paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, including assisting with campaign setup, drafting ad copy, and pulling performance data. * Build and publish blog and thought leadership content in Klick's CMS, quality-checking for accuracy, links, formatting, and brand consistency. * Support SEO and AEO efforts by helping optimize website and blog content for search visibility and identifying opportunities for improvement. * Explore ways to use AI to streamline workflows and support email and copy testing, and share ideas with the team. * Pull and organize performance data across channels to support recurring reporting.

Qualifications

Required:

* Graduated within the past two years from a program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. * Exposure to digital marketing execution, such as building landing pages, emails, or web content, through coursework, internships, or personal or extracurricular projects. * Strong attention to detail, demonstrated through experience with QA, proofreading, link checking, or formatting. * Clear, concise writing skills for digital channels, with work samples or a portfolio considered an asset. * Experience managing multiple assignments or deliverables with defined deadlines.

Desired:

* Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done. * Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or comparable email marketing automation platforms. * Exposure to A/B testing, email automation, or conversion optimization. * Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or UTM tracking. * Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful, WordPress, or comparable tools. * Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices. * Interest in AEO and how AI tools are changing search and content discovery.
