Job Description
For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a complex and dynamic environment. You will play an important role in facilitating effective collaboration, improving ways of working and helping teams deliver value consistently.
Your responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives. * Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum and continuous improvement. * Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery. * Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders. * Support teams in improving collaboration, transparency and delivery processes. * Help create an environment where teams can work autonomously and effectively. * Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement. * Contribute to the wider Agile transformation and ways of working.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. * Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience. * Excellent Dutch and English communication skills. * Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. * Experience working with software development and/or technology teams. * Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills. * Comfortable working in complex organisational environments. * Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps. * Experience with SAFe, Kanban or other Agile frameworks is a plus. * A Scrum certification, such as PSM, CSM or SAFe, is preferred.
