Who you are:

Midi is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our cutting edge healthcare start-up. This is a rare opportunity to start at the ground level of a fast-growing healthcare practice. We offer a flexible work schedule and 100% remote environment.

Core Responsibilities

* Process clinician time off, schedule changes, and Clinician Hub requests following established guidelines. * Complete assigned queue expectations, updating availability, administrative blocks, and recurring adjustments. * Manage patient rescheduling workflows resulting from schedule updates. * Maintain accurate documentation and ticket categorization. * Prioritize requests by urgency and patient impact, maintaining ownership through resolution and escalating barriers promptly.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

Team members may be cross-trained and assigned across Scheduling work-streams based on business need, volume, coverage, and demonstrated proficiency. This may include:

* Urgent Scheduling Support: Manage urgent callouts, disruptions, and time-sensitive patient rescheduling. * Schedule Building: Build and maintain schedules, templates, appointment durations, and ramp schedules, auditing for accuracy. * Queue Flexing & Coverage: Adapt dynamically across queues and provide backup support during PTO, volume spikes, or launches. * Special Projects & Learning: Support onboarding/offboarding, process testing, cleanups, and ongoing cross-training.

Note: Scheduling Specialists are expected to maintain proficiency across multiple workflows, with primary assignments shifting based on operational demand.

Minimum Requirements:

The qualified candidate will have experience in the following:

* Minimum of 1 year experience working for a digital healthcare company is required * Minimum of five (5) years as a Clinical Scheduler building clinician schedules in AthenaHealth * 5+ years using AthenaHealth (Athena) required * Proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones * Strong attention to detail

Hours: The scheduling commitment for this role is as follows: Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am - 6pm PST.

What we offer:

* Compensation: $30/hour, non-exempt * Full Time, 40-hour work-week * Fully remote, work from home opportunity with a work-from-home monthly stipend * Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
