Key responsibilities
* Contribute to the business development topics * Conduct comprehensive market research on the applications, requirements, geographical locations, key market participants * Support business cases analyses, quantifying operational workflows through field research, expert interviews, customer discovery, and industry reports * Building market sizing analyses including Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) * Support the preparation of strategic recommendations for market entry * Support sales process development * Support the development and execution of marketing activities that strengthen our market presence and support commercial growth * Development of the categories (personas) and target group definitions for sales and business development campaigns * Support the creation of marketing content, compelling storytelling, website and social media, presentation materials, etc.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, Economics, Aerospace Engineering or Innovation Management * Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills * Interest in aviation, Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), or emerging aerospace technologies * Ability to independently conduct market and competitor research * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus. * Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
