About the role
Responsibilities
* Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with SRE candidates.
* Assess knowledge in Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and scripting.
* Evaluate problem-solving and incident response skills.
* Provide objective feedback to the recruitment team.
Requirements
* Solid hands-on background in SRE/DevOps/Systems Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure, automation, and distributed systems.
* Ability to evaluate coding skills (Python, Go, or similar).
* Previous interview or mentoring experience is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and fairness in assessments.
