About the role
Program manager for the AI Horizons portfolio: forward-looking AI platform and capability initiatives. Operates with high ambiguity and converts exploratory work into funded, measurable programs.
What you'll do
* Stand up and run programs for emerging AI platform and product initiatives.
* Partner with research, engineering, and GPU One delivery on pilot scoping and success criteria.
* Track experiments, milestones, and resourcing across workstreams.
* Produce executive updates and decision memos.
* Manage external AI/ML vendor and partner engagements.
* Define how pilots graduate into production programs.
What we're looking for
* 7+ years technical program management, including work on early-stage or ambiguous initiatives.
* Working fluency in AI/ML concepts, GPU compute, and model training or inference workflows.
* Strong structured thinking and written communication.
* Comfortable driving programs without formal authority.
Nice to have
* Prior experience at an AI infrastructure or ML platform company.
* Technical background in ML, data, or distributed systems.
* Experience commercializing pilots into revenue-generating services.
Compensation
* Full-Time, Exempt * $165,000 – $215,000 per year, DOE
