CRM Lifecycle Manager

Hybrid / Miami

Four Seasons Yachts is seeking a dedicated, collaborative, and creative marketer with a passion for luxury hospitality and a drive to make meaningful impact. As the CRM Lifecycle Manager, you will design and deliver highly personalized guest experiences across the full customer journey of prospects, travel advisors, and guests. This role blends data expertise, technical proficiency, and brand storytelling to craft seamless journeys that reflect Four Seasons signature standards of excellence.

You will leverage your knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build sophisticated automations, develop dynamic content, and execute campaigns that elevate engagement and loyalty. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure every touchpoint resonates with our ultra-luxury audience of affluent travelers. Reporting to the Director of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to deliver innovative campaigns and shape the future of our guest experience. This is a contractor-to-perm role, 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Primary duties to include:

* Design, build, and optimize multi-channel journeys that drive engagement and conversion across prospects, guests, and travel advisors.

* Develop and deploy personalized campaigns and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

* Partner with Product, Digital Marketing, Operations, IT, and Sales Excellence to align communications with go-to-market strategy and deliver a cohesive luxury experience.

* Lead our dynamic content approach, building personalized modules that scale across campaigns.

* Integrate journey strategies with broader brand initiatives and promotional campaigns. Produce growth campaigns that drive conversions through the funnel.

* Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to enhance engagement and performance.

* Maintain accurate prospect, guest, and advisor data across CRM systems to enable personalization and loyalty.

* Use Tableau and analytics tools to generate insights, track performance, and refine strategy.

* Build collaborative relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and flawless execution.

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or related field.

* 5+ years of experience in CRM / journey management, with deep expertise in Salesforce: Marketing and Sales Clouds. You feel very comfortable building emails, journeys, and data extensions in SFMC. It is preferred to have your SFMC certification.

* Proven track record leveraging the tools to create successful, multi-channel and multi-touch campaigns.

* Data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, a curious mind and experience interpreting, analyzing, and actioning digital marketing metrics.

* Experience in ultra-luxury travel, hospitality, or cruise industry is strongly preferred.

* Creative content mindset with the ability to craft compelling and personalized narratives for affluent audiences.

* Possess a high-energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive attitude.

* Highly motivated and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

* Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization; SQL familiarity a plus.

* Experience with Versonix Seaware is an advantage.

* Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation: $80 - $90/hr
