We have per diem and live-in opportunities throughout Long Island, with a variety of schedules and shifts available. Whether you want to work a few days a week, pick up extra hours, work 4–12 hour shifts, or take on a live-in case, we have opportunities to fit different schedules and preferences.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY
As an HHA with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll provide compassionate care and meaningful support to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Personal care and hygiene
* Assistance with mobility and daily activities
* Medication reminders
* Light meal preparation
* Light housekeeping
* Companionship and emotional support
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for HHAs who are reliable, compassionate, experienced, and ready to work.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
* Valid NY HHA Certificate
* Experience assisting with transfers and mobility
* Eligibility to work in the U.S.
* Physical exam within the last 12 months
* PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
* MMR immunization within the last 10 years
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for applicable cases
