What You’ll Do
* Inspect plumbing systems and installations to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, plumbing codes, and safety standards * Conduct inspections for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and related plumbing systems * Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare timely, professional reports * Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors while providing expert guidance on plumbing code requirements * Participate in ongoing training and company initiatives
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing inspections * TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas * Ability to read and interpret construction and plumbing plans * Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new inspection software * Excellent communication and customer service skills
