Job Description
* Manage day-to-day operations of multiple accommodation camps. * Manage POB records, occupancy, room allocation and accommodation forecasts. * Coordinate mobilisation/demobilisation with HR, Logistics, Aviation and project teams. * Oversee reception, guest services, offices and visitor/VIP arrangements. * Manage catering contractors and ensure food safety, hygiene and quality standards. * Oversee housekeeping, laundry, fumigation, pest control and gardening services. * Manage recreation, welfare facilities and camp events. * Monitor contractor KPIs, SLAs, performance, audits and invoices. * Inspect camp facilities and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance. * Coordinate camp transport, fleet requirements and personnel movements. * Prepare POB, occupancy, KPI, contractor and operational reports. * Manage camp budgets and operational expenditure. * Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture. * Lead Camp Coordinators and effectively manage multicultural contractor teams. * Liaise with EPC Contractor and key project stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery.
Qualifications
* Hotel, hospitality or catering management qualification or minimum 10 years' experience in logistics/camp management at Supervisor or Superintendent level. * Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-camp operations on Oil & Gas, LNG, energy or major construction projects. * Experience managing accommodation for large workforces, ideally several thousand personnel. * Strong POB, room allocation, occupancy and mobilisation/demobilisation management experience. * Experience managing catering and food safety, preferably with HACCP-based systems. * Proven experience managing soft-services contractors, KPIs and SLAs. * Strong HSE leadership and contractor-management skills. * Experience with facilities inspections, maintenance coordination and remote-site operations. * Strong reporting, forecasting, budget and cost-control capabilities. * Experience coordinating travel, aviation, transport and fleet requirements. * Previous experience in remote sites and preferably Africa. * Fluent English; Portuguese or French is an advantage. * Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills. * Comfortable working on a rotational basis in a remote environment.
